I have been seeing Mr Kelly from when I was a child to 10+ years later for problems I have had with my ear, from operations to routine check ups. I totally trust Mr Kelly and am thankful for his work. Very friendly, very personable.

My first consultation was at the Nuffield in Leeds. I had read Gerard's reviews and he seemed to be the go-to person to resolve my ear and nasal issues. I was not disappointed. My problem was quickly diagnosed and the process was put into motion for him to operate to remove my nasal polyps. The little devils had returned after I'd had them taken out 20 years ago. Gerard managed to fit me into a slot at Leeds Spire, something of a feat given the current lack of operating slots due to Covid. Last week, Gerard did the business on my sinuses and I am now breathing properly...always a good thing. All through the process, I have had total faith in, and respect for, Gerard's ability and knowledge. Not only this, but his patient-facing skills are excellent and his 1-2-1 interactions with me have been informative and very personable....and amusing, at times. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Gerard Kelly to anyone with ENT issues....look no further.

I saw Mr Kelly recently in his Out Patients Clinic. He was very attentive and caring and he listened with interest as I explained my problem to him. Mr Kelly suggested that I needed a minor procedure which he could do there and then in his clinic. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and throughout the procedure, checked that I was ok. I would definitely recommend Mr Kelly to anyone in Leeds who needs the service which he can provide. He is a fabulous Dr in my opinion.

Dr Kelley, I found had a lovely personality. He rang me to answer my questions about my Tinnitus. He allowed me to describe my symptoms and tell my story. He then explained to me in a clear and sympathetic manner what had happened to me and gave me advice on ways to help myself cope with my problem. I now feel more relaxed and confident about living with my problem.

Throughout the consultation Mr Kelly was polite and friendly. He was able to put me at ease and gave excellent explanations of any procedures and or treatments. Any queries were addressed at the time of the appointment and timing never felt to be an issue. Even after the appointment he has continued to give me relevant advice as required with a real sense of caring. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Kelly, and can honestly say I am unable to think of any suggestions to enable him to improve his care.
